Chord Diagrams?

Anyone know how to make Chord Diagrams in Illustrator?

Here is a pic of it done in powerpoint.

I want to be able to add Frets automatically. Is this possible? Example would be. Take one of these diagrams without the dots and hit a key and it will add however many more Frets I want. These ones have 5 frets. Hit ket and add 1 or mor frets.

With the circles, I will need to add other numbers and symbols Inside the circles. Like bb7 and so on.

My other question is with size and formating. I want to be able to have the diagrams large enough to use with Sibelius files and make pages for a book.

I am not sure what size to set these diagrams.. and on top of that, I need to fit bb7 text inside some of the circles but still have it where you can see the text after using a shrink text to fit size type option. hopefully the default size for these will fit and be readable.

anyone happen to do this already? or know how this is done in illustrator?  maybe a template?
