I have a jpg file that I must use as a background in a Dreamweaver project. There is some text embedded in it that I can't edit. I have tried using Illustrator and Photoshop but I lack experience so I'm probably missing something. I'd be glad of some help as this is all that is preventing me from marking it as complete.
