Who knows how to fix this?

HI,

I am exporting text in illustrator to .tiff format but the text comes out blurry and not sharp and smooth. (exporting settings: cmyk. 300 resolution)

Attached is a screenshot of the exported text.

Another problem is its cutting margins and text is very close to the borders of the exported tiff file. In the original ai files I have borders. (see screenshot of the original file)
