Adobe, please separate layers and artboards.

Adobe, can you be a sport and add this quick feature to CS6 first and not to creative cloud right away (aka business cash milking initiative).

The layers and artboard thing is annoying, it should be like FireWorks (the program you neglect constantly) where you have a "page" or in this case an artboard and then the layers for said artboard.
