unicode error msg while trying to open illustrator 64bits

Hi, i'd recently upde my win8 to win8.1, now when i try to open illustrator (64bits and 32bits) it shows me the following message:

Clik here to view.

I'd try to follow the recomendaions in the dialog box but it doesn't fix the error.

Any ideas how to fix this?

PD: I have Creative Cloud Suite Installed ( AE, Premiere, Photoshop, Ilustrator, Bridge). Hadware ( i7 3630QM 8GB MEM 1 TB HDD)
