Help with dot and comma

in our countrywe usecomma, and not dot.
For example if I shall move an object 148,50 mm it would illustrator not (Transform an object) it says 1411.1111 mm

But myillustratormade a dotwhere Iwantcomma.How can Ichange this.I have look after thepreferences, but I don't find it. Itdid annoy mea lot whenIeg. have to make astrokewhich isapprox. 1,4

I write 1,4 , - But Illustrator made14

So I have to write 1.4. But we does not do it here in Scandinavia.

Can you help me??
