I thought I know Recolor Artwork, but obviously not ...
OK, so I need to convert my CMYK artowork to 3, 4 and 5 spot colour versions for pricing, but the Recolor Artwork diaog only offers 1 2 or 3-colour jobs from the Presets dropdown. And if I use the "Colors" dropdown, the colours remain as CMYK and are not converted to Spot colours.
And the "Colour Library" item in the dropdown points to CMYK Swatch libraries, and Color Books is missing from the dropdown whereas it is present in the equivalent Swatches panel dropdown to load color libraries), but I want to convert to Pantone colours not use existing CMYK libraries.
If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great - I must look out a refresher on this topic.
