I have upgraded to Creative Cloud and now find that I cannot save any files in Illustrator. The file usually saves once but subsequent saves bring up a message saying it cannot save due to various reasons and labelled ID: -54. I then have to resave the file under a different name each time. Sometimes it pretends it has saved but then when I reopen the file I find it has lost all my work so I will not trust it again!
I am running windows 7 on a pc and I have upgraded from Adobe CS4. I have never had problems before. Did not want to upgrade to Cloud based product but you gave us no choice and now it is nothing but problems.
Incidentally I am also not happy that you cannot get hold of a support member. I needed results today and did not expect to have to wait for a forum to help me.
