Hi,
I am running a Windows 7 64-bit machine with the latest updates and Adobe Cloud will not update the Illustrator 32-bit CC version to the 17.0.1 update even though I am logged in to the creative cloud. The 64-bit of Illustrator CC update just fine.
I've searched and done a couple of the items found in the forum to no avail. Including deleting the AAMUpdate/1.0 files in C:\Users\usrname\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0 folder. I continue to receive the error message saying "Update Failed. The download appears corrupted. Please try again after a few minutes.(U43M1D304).
I have even attempted the update after disabling my AV software.
Any other ideas?
