When I open Illustrator I am greeted with a blank dialogue box with no other options than minimizing the window.
When I minimize the window the program is extremely sluggish, and all of the menu items are greyed out and unselectable.
I've tried re-installing the program a couple of times. I've tried manually downloading updates with no success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
