I am still using Illustrator cs4, and I was working on a file, and when I tried to access Kuler, it said not connected. I checked my internet connection and it is working fine.I even tried to access the update server and it said not available. I was just wondering how to resolve the issue, do I need to reinstall the software. any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
