When I try to open my program now the messages states my Illustrator trial as expired and I have to buy new software. However I have a annual program which I pay 19.99 for per month and it does not expire until 10/15/2014. How can I get this matter resolved. I am a business owner and I need to access this program. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
