Hi,
I have three of the old CS6 apps installed on my computer but are now using just CC versions.
Annoyingly in the updater it constantly shows the number 3 saying that there are updates for these
older versions available, like bug fixes and stuff.
Well every time I try and update them it fails, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop CS6 all fail to update when I click update, always have done since I got CC but that annoying number three still stays in the updater and it just comes back with a error:
Errors encountered during installation.(U44M1P7)more details, of course I have no idead what (U44M1P7) means and if I click on More Details it just opens a folder called Installers.
How do I remove the three apps from the CC Updater without removing the apps from my computer as I don't know how long I can afford CC and might be forced to go back to the old version because of this awful recession.
It's not just the number 3 that's annoying, it also lists the apps every single time and it makes the menu visually confusing and annoying. I like things to be clean and neat.
Thanks for your help.
