My team recently upgraded our creative software from CS6 to a team account with Creative Cloud. As the Production Artist, my work has heavier usage of EPS files in both InDesign and Illustrator, so this seems to be happening to me more so than the rest of my team, but they've experienced it too. We upgraded about a week and a half ago and ever since I've been having the same problem several times a day. I save a file as in EPS format, the computer (a Mac running Mavericks OS) freezes up and then restarts with an error message saying that the computer shut down due to an error. We upgraded to Mavericks at the same time we updated to CC and I'm not sure where the problem is originating from.
Our IT tech is stumped and so am I. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Has anyone found a fix? Help!!
