using AI CC: how can I just scale only the graphic style defined outline and effects without changing the size of, for example a line, as in the screenshot?
I got two outlines for my line, one white one black with dotted spacings. I want to keep the proportions for this and resize all values at once. But just works by changing the line in length having "outlines and effects scaling" activated in the transformation menue.
