LZW compression on Illustrator CC

Helloto all,
I'm using on windows 7 PC, illustratorCCversion17.0.1-64 bit.
I have a problemwithLZW compressionwhen I exportTIFF file,does not work.
Is there anysettingto fix,or is it abug?
