When I open any of my Adobe CS4 apps or Adobe Acrobat, I get the message "Error 148:3". I downloaded the Adobe Liscensing Repair Tool. I double clicked (I have windows) on LiscenseRecovery.exe and followed the instructions. I have used this before but this time it is not working. I have tried this 3 times in the past two days, restarting the computer each time. After I have followed the instructions, that window closes and I do not see any more windows open.
