I created an silhouette of an object using illustrator. To illustrate a hole in the silhouette, I created a circle with white fill. But I can't get the circle to sit above the silhouette.
I changed the order using the 'Arrange>bring to front' command to no avail.
Is this a layer issue?
Please help.
