Yesterday i was able to use the drop down tool options for selections, including the magnetic lasso tool, polygonol lasso tool, All of the Marquee selection tools and the quick selection tool (just like in photoshop) which i have been using for several months now, yet today all of these tools are gone. In lieu I only have the magic wand and the lasso tool. No one has touched my computer since yesterday, I've reset my workspace, the tool bars, i've checked the keyboard shortcut window and these tools are no longer an option. I've reset my screen resolution. Nothing. perhaps my system was updated automatically? if so, this is the worst update ever since the tools i did use (especially the marquee tool) are no longer available and instead i have two which i never used that have limited functionality (as opposed to yesterday). I tried to do online chat support, to which i was redirected to the phone line. From there I was told that i would be charged to get any support. PLEASE HELP. I NEED MY MARQUEE TOOL.
