I just purchased Creative Cloud. (I previously had CS4 installed) All the applications from CC that I have tried work except for IllustratorCC (ICC). ICC brings up the splash screen, loads the application, but before I can do anything with the program, gives the always helpful "Adobe Illustrator CC has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is found." error. I have checked the fonts that were mentioned in a couple of previous posts, and they are enabled. I have also signed out of and back in to Creative Cloud. None of these things has fixed the issue. In addition, I've tried setting the compatibility settings to be Win7 (I'm using Win7SP1), and having it run as administrator with no success. I've also disabled the graphics cards (one at a time) and tried to start it, with no luck there either.
Any suggestions for me to pursue? This is an issue, as I am trying to finish a client project, and can't do so until this is corrected.
