Operating CS6 via CC on my IMac and had no problem launching/refreshing Kuler panel through Illustrator CS6 this way before.
I am signed in to CC. Have signed in and out to test that. Have quit and relaunched Illustrator cs6.
The option to Launch Kuler website in the panel is grayed out. So is the refresh option.
I was on a trial verision of AI CS6 prior to purchasing CC membership, I am not sure if I was having the problem before that.
Could joining CC have changed my preferences, login, settings somewhere perhaps and disabled Kuler?
Help!
I need to use Kuler.

Just an update:
I also just clicked on the flyout menu of Kuler to see when it was last refreshed and what account it was operating out of.
It lists the correct account and the refresh date of 12/01 but they are grayed out as well.
I don't know if it should be that way.
