I do prespress at my company and need to create a crosshatch tint from scratch. I've looked all aroud the net on how to do it through illustrator as well as photoshop but am having trouble replicating what my flexo developers need. If I do create a crosshatch design. My flexo guys complain on how the lines aren't thin or fine enough. I also don't know how exactly to create the warped effect on the lines like the old negative I have that they want me to replicate. Please any advice will help. Thank you!
