This has been an insanely frustrating MONTH. After speaking for MANY MANY hours with our friends in INDIA- 1st Tier I still don't know why I can't install Illustrator CS6 on my Mac running 10.8.4 They downloaded my log files, they remotely dug through my HD... They ran cleaner and reinstalled Illustrator several times... and still ERROR MESSAGE 7- I have installed the latest fix for JAVA http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572 and still nothing.

At first I wanted to use the TRIAL version, but that wasn't working so I decided to sign up for the Creative Cloud Subscription. Now I am paying for it and can't install the software.
Please help. I am at the end of my rope.
