I'm wondering if anyone can help. I spoke with technical support and they aren't "trained" to answer this question and said i would have to post to the forums. I'm trying to enter my software serial key for Adobe CS4 installed on a virtual machine running on a new macbook pro. I'm running windows 7. it install fine and operates as it should in the trial mode, but it will not accept the serial number. I get the red "X" next to the serial number when i enter it, it did the same thing when we tried other serial numbers we own. I'm hoping these is a solution for this so i can use my software. The customer support tried deleting the cache.db file and a few other things. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!
