I have a printer that only accepts CS5 Illustrator files.
I have spent hours downsaving my files through "Save As" option to CS5 for all .EPS files, only to be told by the printers that they cannot open the files.
The printers assume I have not saved as CS5, eventhough I have specifically done so.
How do I check if the files are in CS5 if I only have CS6 (which will open the file without any warning of what version I'm opening)?
Should I try saving as .AI files instead? I don't want to go through this entire process again if I cannot downsave from CS6 to CS5.
It's important to note that I'm using Mavericks, so could that be an issue??
