Hello all,
I had just allowed Adobe Creative Cloud to update my copy of Illustrator CC.
With this update I no longer have a functioning workspace/workspace manager.
This is my first ever post to the Adobe forums, so I beg your patience.
Basically, each time I launch Illustrator, the workspace/palettes are always reset.
I cannot create a new workspace. The workspace manager is non-functional. Resetting Workspaces does nothing.
All other programs, like Photoshop CC and InDesign CC are doing OK with custom workspaces. Illustrator is the only program behaving like this.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this because of the latest update?
Techie info: I'm running CC 64bit on a PC, Windows 8 64bit.
I have never had a problem like this on my Windows machine. I use a Mac at my agency at work. I like to have my workspaces the same at home on my PC as I do on my Mac at work. This has worked wonderfully for a long time. But today Illustrator is 'acting up'.
Any help or input is appreciated. Thanks in advance. -Steve
Illustrator always launches like this:

No access to reseting workspaces, managing workspaces or creating new workspaces:

Clicking 'Reset' 'New' or 'Manage' literally does nothing.
EDIT:
I just tried running the 32bit x86 Illustrator CC and workspaces work fine.
The 64bit Illustrator CC is not working, regarding workspaces.
