Accessing 'Illustrator Help...' Illustrator CS6 results in teh chance to download the Help File as local content (which I want)
teh progress indicator for Illustrator fills up and then a dialog box appears with an animated progress bar (which appears filled)
saying: "Please wait while the dowloaded files are extacted. Extracting large files might take several minutes'
This animation is perpetual and never ends with an installation... next day... I get the same result.
What is the solution?
