I'm not familiar with the tracing option, and what I am doing it not working based on online tutorials.
I placed a jpg or tiff image in CS4. It's a loose line art sketch done in Photoshop with a pen and tablet. (sketch is a greyish hue not black)
In CS4 I selected the image, then go into Live Trace Options. I choose Black and White. Fills, Strokes, Preview and ignore White Spaces. I then apply the trace.
The image just turns into white nothingness with a bounding box. When I look under "Outline" view there is nothing there either.
What steps am I missing? Thxs
