above image clears what is the problem !
when u draws rectangle in illustrator, it's edges doesen't looks same at all times ? look first rectangle (bad) . . .
The problem isn't appears in photoshop but inillustrator it does.
In photoshop, edges looks always good as second rectangle (good).
how to solve this blurry rectangle ?
