We are in the process of switching to AI for our Technical Illustration department. Our Illustrators are new to Adobe Illustrator and will need to utilize the "help" function, but when we click on Illustrator Help, we receive an error stating we need to be connected to the Internet. We ARE connected to the Internet. How do we repair this?
