How can I get a serial number? I had a free trial, which has expired now, and want to extend it to a full subscription. Though a pop-up for the extension says you need to input your serial number, there is no serial number for a free trial. When you see FAQ on "how to find your serial number", it is advised that you have to purchase a product to get a serial number if you are using a free trial and want to extend it. Now, (1) you need to give your serial number to purchase a product, while (2) you need to purchase a product to get a serial number, while you need to give your serial number... This can continue forever.
Please help.
