I use Illustrator CC.
I have made a custom Image Tracing Preset and want to use it on a folder containing a sequence of pictures I want all to vectorize automatically. Programming an Action isn't an option as the Action recorder doesn't record which tracing preset is used for image tracing. I found I can use the pre-installed Image Tracing Script (thanks to this great forum post - http://forums.creativecow.net/thread/2/1023487 ) in which I only need to specify the correct number of the Image Tracing Preset. And that became a big problem.
I tried changing the numbers to 1-25 and I thought I identified the Presets this way somehow, but after some time I found out I didn't. I just have no idea which Image Tracing Preset has what number and how to find out.
Does anybody know? Or has anyone a different workaround for what I'm trying to do? I thought this should be quite easy..
