I made the mistake of using Adobe's optimizer last month and ever since then, illustrator won't update.
I read the fixes and re-installed CS6 version, but still no luck.
My subscription to CtlReview ProofHQ, through Adobe Exchange keeps showing only trial and is about to expire. I'm assuming that the update in illustrator which says it has fixes for extentions will fix this too, since nothing else has.
This subscription I bought contains all my client proofs and I need help not to loose them.
I've emailed ProofHQ, CtrlReview, and Adobe support. All have responded except Adobe and have said it's an Adobe issue. That the extension manager is not registering the serial number correctly.
Now what do I do?
