I need the frame of the image below as a stroke style (or at least I prefer that above having to copy-paste the elements of the sides 100 times along a frame in my design Image may be NSFW.

The thing is: it contains gradients. How do I get the frame to a stroke style so I can easily use it in Illustrator?
