van wrap artwork

Hello, I am on a MacBook Pro using Lion and AI CS6.

I have a van wrap template and this is my first time adding artwork to one.

The template is 1/20 scale. My question is, do I scale this template up to 100% size?

I will be working with both vector and rasterized images.

What is the best way to work with van wraps? Creating everything in AI or a combo of AI and Photoshop?

Appreciate any advice.
