Hey guys,
I've just purchased a Cintiq Companion 2, I urgently need to install Illustrator on it but can't figure it out.
I've been trying for hours and I have no clue how to install it. I've had CS6 programs for years, how do I put them onto the cintiq?
If someone could please help as soon as possible that would be great. I'm a freelance illustrator and need to use the programs.

I don't know what happened but I can no longer locate my brush presets to adjust the hardness of my strokes. I really need it for a project I'm working on. I've tried re-downloading and all over the program. Please help!

When i update the illustrator to latest version CC 2017 i got some issue with the performance ,
the CC 2017 is very slow on Windows 10 and he lagging my mouse the windows also,
note: i was try CC 2017 on iMac without any issue and working fine,
my PC specs:
Intel Xeon W3520
12 GB Ram
GeForce 750Ti

So I received a DVD with an eps file on it from a graphics company. I was informed that I could open it in Illustrator and start editing the individual graphics within the file. But when I open it, it is just one image and won't let me edit it.
There are no locks on the image layers.
The graphics company told me that it was originally created in Indesign and then saved as an eps, so I don't really know what to do now.
It won't open and let me edit in any of the Adobe programs.
Please help! I need these graphics to edit!

Wacom device drivers must be reinstalled. Download and install latest drivers from www.wacom.com
This just started in the past few weeks with the latest CC update.
Problem is that I don't have any Wacom devices. I don't believe I ever had on this computer.
While I don't like to install items for devices I don't own, I figured I would go to the Wacom site and download the problem drivers. That didn't help since there are several choices for various hardware items. Not sure which unnecessary driver I am supposed to download and install.
Any ideas? Is there a way to simply remove the "broken" Wacom driver from Illustrator? I cannot find any Wacom software on my system - and there certainly isn't an uninstall program for a driver I never installed.

I am relatively new to Illustrator and I made some surface pattern designs that I wanted to share on the web. How do I go about saving these designs so anyone that comes across them can use and edit them in illustrator or other design programs?
Hey, i design and press t shirts and im having a problem with white and black images. In illustrator i vectorize my image and save it as a pdf but once i put the image into the vinyl cutter software (vinyl master) it inverts the image, it turns black to white and white to black. I have no idea how to resolve the issue. Any help?
Hey, all! Just installed Illustrator CC2017 on my Windows 8 machine (i7, 12GB ram, dual Quadro 2000 graphics cards/2GB GDDR5 video memory), and I can't get anything done in the program. Every time I add a text box, a shape, or anything, it lags or crashes. The Windows Task Manager shows 6.5-7.5GB ram tied up and 10-20% CPU load.
Any idea what causes this? I've restarted my machine a couple of times in hopes it was a quick fix, but no such luck. Thanks-
Everytime I export, I get a file with triple the size I wanted. How do I get it coming out the right size?
I've previously been able to select an object or image and use Image Trace to create an outline and make the background transparent. However, now when I click on Advanced to try and select "ignore white" to make the background transparent, the Image Trace tab immediately collapses and I can no longer expand it. I'm only able to do so again by closing the program and restarting it. But if I again select Advance, the whole tab collapses and can no longer be accessed. I can still trace the image with the option on the top bar, but my main goal is the transparency. Why does my Image Trace tab collapse every time I select Advanced?
Hi All
I recently provided logos to a client and for the first time, the trans PNG files are coming up with black backgrounds for them (not transparent).
They are on PCs. When they attach the file to me, it comes up as transparent on my Mac.
I exported using the Asset Export panel, selecting PNG and background colour 'transparent'.
Help, i'm stumped!
hello, i have just downloaded adobe illustrator and i really love it. the only problem is my tablet has a setting on it where it needs to be set a certain way or it wont work. i think it has something to do with the brush settings possibly. but when ever i hover my pen over the tablet it starts to draw with out me pressing anything. thanks.
Everytime I login in to start downloading my free trial, it says you have been logged out. So I keep signing it, but it keeps logging me out.
